Oyamel’s Tequila Mezcal Festival Returns with Virtual Options

Oyamel Cocktails

Oyamel knows how to host a good party. Guests always enjoy friendly service, a wide assortment of delicious small plates, and bartenders who serve drinks with a good story. And this time last year, that is exactly what we were enjoying at the Oyamel Tequila Mezcal Festival.

I’ve always enjoyed the festival events Oyamel organizes because of the incredible thought that goes into both the menu and experience. The kick-off parties always feature a number of knowledgeable tequila and mezcal vendors who can beautifully explain flavor notes and where the ingredients come from. Plus, Chef Omar creativity develops dishes that pair perfectly with the cocktails.

This event has a special place in my heart because it was one of the last big things I did before lockdown started. But fortunately for all of us, Oyamel has revamped the festival this year to meet ongoing COVID restrictions.
